Rules & Scoring Information

HOW TO PLAY
OBJECT
The object of the game is for your team to accumulate the highest fantasy point total any one week and/or over the season. Players on your team will earn fantasy points based on their statistical performance in NFL games for the season.  All our Leagues are set up on a Head to Head Competition.  The Team who has the highest total points for the week will be given the win.
DURATION
The Fantasy Football Season covers 17 weeks of the 2004 NFL regular season. NFL postseason games are not included in the Fantasy Football.  Each Team will Play 13 Games in the Regular Season.  The Top Two Teams in each division will Go to the Playoffs.  The Playoffs will be the last 4 weeks of the regular season.. Each Playoff team in each Division will Play each other for two full weeks to determine the winner and who will go on to the Championship. The Winner of the Division will hold the Tie Breaker over the wild card team.  In case of a TIE the Division Winner will go on to the championship.  The championship will be the winner of the AFC and the Winner of the NFC.  The championship will go on for a full two weeks.  The Team who scores the most points in this two week period will win the Game Day Legends Fantasy Football Championship.  In case of a TIE in the Finals the team who has the best regular season record will win, The Second tie breaker if needed will be YTD Points.
Tie Breakers :1st: Divison Wins   2nd: Win Percentage  3rd: Year to Date Points.

Please Read!  We have had many questions about how the defense points work with also having a LB and a CB.  Its real Simple..

For example:  Say your Defense is the Oakland Raiders.  and one of your linebackers is Bill Romanowski, and your CB is Charles Woodson.

Lets say Charles Woodson Gets an INT and returns it for a Touch Down.  You will get the points for your defense which in this case would be 6 Points,  Plus a INT of 2 Points Totaling 8 Points.. Plus then you will get Woodson's Points which would be 6 for the TD and 5 for the INT.  All Totaling 19 Points for 1 Play.. NICE!  If you have any questions Please email us and we will explain it in more detail for you.
